Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Processing: Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: Allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to activate. If it has not updated within 72 hours contact us and we will look into it.

Missing Package: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email us at Support@shopcozyly.com and we will resolve it immediately.

Damaged Order: Email us at Support@shopcozyly.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.
